History
Established in 2014.
We love all animals at AMAC and have a different approach from other groomers. 1 - We don't take your pet out of their environment. We believe that caring for the animal where they're most comfortable is what's best for their health. 2 - As a certified Veterinary Technician I am very watchful for signs of distress, trauma, and medical emergency situations. This unique ability to assess the well-being of the animal means your animal is in the best scenario possible for grooming and care. 3 - Third, your pet's health and well-being is our priority and is never sacrificed for the ease of our job. Because of this we come as a team for the safety and proper handling of your pet. While our services aren't meant to replace the role of a veterinary doctor, my goal is to remove as much stress as possible from the day-to-day basic needs of your pets.

I am a combat veteran of the United States Army where I served with the 1st Bn 75th Ranger Regiment out of Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA. We are proud to offer all veterans and senior citizens a 15% discount on all of our services at all times. My career in the pet medical field began more than 20 years ago when my beautiful male Akita named Damion was diagnosed with cancer. It was heartbreaking to lose him, however it was through his treatment and steady care that my love and desire to care for animals turned into a profession. Shortly after this life-changing experience, I started to work in the veterinary field and have supported many different veterinary hospitals and clinics since. Some of the animals I've cared for include: dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, birds, and rescued wildlife.
