Arc Animal Hospital is a brand new veterinary practice, it was opened in July 2011 by Dr. Chi-yen Chen, DVM, MPH.

Business Owner
Dr. Chen completed his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1996. He had previously completed a Master's in Public Health at University of California, Berkeley in 1993.
Dr. Chen was employed at a private veterinary hospital for 3 years, then practiced in corporate veterinary hospitals throughout southern California for 13 years. In 2007, Dr. Chen completed a course in veterinary acupuncture at the Chi Institute.
In 2011, Dr. Chen opened his own veterinary practice in Rowland Heights where he and his staff provide attentive and loving care for all pets.
