Dr. Trimnell is a 1987 alumnus of the University of Ibadan (Nigeria). In 1991, he obtained his E.C.F.V.G. certificate after completing a year-long clinical rotation in internal medicine and ophthalmology at Iowa State University.
Dr. Trimnell is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Africa, New York, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, and California. He is a member of the following professional associations:
