Campbell Park Animal Hospital is a full-service companion animal clinic conveniently servicing Garland, Richardson, Plano, Sachse, Wylie, Rowlett, Murphy, and north Dallas. Originally located in Richardson for 14 years, we have now opened our new state-of-the-art veterinary center near the Firewheel area of north Garland. At Campbell Park Animal Hospital we truly appreciate having the opportunity to care for the needs of pets. We always strive to do everything possible to give our clients the finest in quality service, and their pets are treated with excellence and compassion so that their visits here will always be as pleasant as possible! We offer full service veterinary care, including preventive care, surgery, dental care, diagnostic procedures, prescription diet foods, a professional groomer on staff, doggie day care for play and socialization, and boarding accomodations. We recognize that a pet is like a member of the family, and we treat our patients accordingly.

History

Established in 1996.

Campbell Park Animal Hospital's 'new' location opened in the Firewheel community in May 2010. Prior to this, our veterinary hospital was located about 5 miles away in Garland for 14 years. Under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Donald Grubbs, owner and hospital director, and the many referrals of satisfied clients, the practice grew considerably. When we outgrew our facility, we knew we needed to expand in order to continue to provide the quality of medicine and service our clients have come to expect. The new location is convenient to Garland, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, Murphy, Wylie, and Plano. We have continued to serve our loyal clients, while developing lasting relationships with new patients and owners. With the latest in equipment and technology, highly trained veterinarians, and professional staff, our new state-of-the-art Veterinary Center provides not only quality medical care for your pet, but also grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare.

Donald Grubbs, D.V.M. G.

Business Owner

Dr. Grubbs is the owner and hospital director of Campbell Park Animal Hospital, Inc. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the Dallas County Veterinary Association. Dr. Grubbs attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University, graduating in 1991. He also received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Dr. Grubbs grew up in Dallas and graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School. He is married, has two children, two hunting labrador retrievers, and a cat. He is an avid outdoorsman and also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. Dr. Grubbs has been recognized twice by D Magazine as one of the "Best Bets for Vets in Your Neighborhood".
