Our clinic specializes in providing the most superior care and treatment for your companion dogs and cats. We see a variety of cases ranging from preventative care, heartworm disease, nutritional counseling and endocrine diseases. We try to work with all of our clients depending on their schedules to make it most accessible to bring in their loved ones.

History

CityVet is a general veterinary practice that is committed to being the best value choice for you and your pet's care, balancing complete, competent, convenient and compassionate care with affordability. We offer a comprehensive list of services that provide for all of your pet's health and wellness needs, including veterinary care, boarding, grooming and supplies. Dr. Chip Cannon opened the first City Veterinary Center in 1999 with the goal of bringing top quality veterinary care to Dallas and to serve people through their pets. Dr. Cannon was raised in Dallas and he attended Texas A&M University for undergraduate studies as well as veterinary school. He spends most of his time managing and developing CityVet practices and teams, which continue to grow as they serve more people and pets each year. Dr. Meladee Farr, Partner and Lead Veterinarian, joined CityVet in 2007. Dr. Farr graduated from North Carolina State University - College of Veterinary Medicine.
