Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor is a dedicated veterinarian with a lifelong passion for animals. She experienced a pivotal moment in her career when she witnessed her neighbors struggling to transport their elderly dogs for euthanasia. She then realized the critical need for in-home euthanasia services. She firmly believes that our beloved pets should be able to spend their final moments in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by the familiar warmth of their loved ones. Dr. Suzanne Causey understands the profound bond between humans and animals. She recognizes that the loss of a pet can be a deeply emotional experience, and her innate gift for supporting those in distress enables her to provide comfort and solace during such times. She is driven by a passion for veterinary medicine ignited during her teen years following the loss of one of her own beloved pets. Dr. Kelly Neri's lifelong love for all creatures great and small has been the guiding force behind her career. For over two decades, Dr. Neri has been an integral part of the Triangle Community, providing compassionate care to countless beloved pets and their families. Her dedication to offering in-home euthanasia services stems from her belief in providing pets and their families with a stress-free & compassionate farewell.

At CodaPet we are pet owners and animal lovers who empower end-of-life veterinarians that provide compassionate care where our dogs, cats, and companion animals are most comfortable: surrounded by the love of family and the familiarity of home. CodaPet was founded by three veterinarians in 2021 who sought to bring compassionate veterinarians together with pet parents seeking the opportunity to say goodbye to their beloved pet in the privacy and comfort of home.
