Rikke grew up cleaning kennels and grooming/preparing dogs for adoption. Her mother is the founder of the Animal Samaritans, an organisation that built a low-cost spay and neuter hospital in the Coachella Valley. Her commitment to local, sustainability and the environment is driven by her love of the ocean (she surfs a lot and has kids). Come check out her Danish grandmother's farm furniture that's a unique part of the store design.
