At Emancipet, we've been on a mission to make veterinary care affordable for all pet owners since 1999. We believe that people and pets belong together, and provide access to low-cost veterinary care to make sure they stay together. All Emancipet clinics are staffed by paid, licensed, trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians, but we are not full-service veterinary providers. All the services we offer are preventive and will keep your pets healthy, but we cannot diagnose or treat illnesses or injuries. We are happy to refer you to a full-service provider in the Houston area if needed. When you visit our Houston Monroe, one of our caring veterinary technicians will walk you through our services to help you decide what your pet needs.

History

Established in 1999.

The very first Emancipet clinic opened in 1999. Our Emancipet low cost vet clinic on the Gulf Fwy and Monroe Blvd opened in March 2020. We know how much you love your pets, and how much better life can be when your pets are happy and healthy. We also know how expensive it can be to care for them. We are here to help. Our low-cost pet health clinic is staffed by a team of compassionate, skilled veterinarians and technicians who care for your pets just like we care for our own. We are here to serve our community, and as a non-profit organization, we keep our prices low with no hidden fees or surprises.
