History

Established in 2017.

House of Paws owner Steven Nunez started grooming in 2011 when signing up for an Advanced Pet Stylist program at the American Grooming Academy in Temecula, CA. Taught by Master Groomer Angela Clark and Kabrina Martinez Marchant. Certified in 2012 and IPG recognized by Linda Easton.

Before leaving a bad review, call me.
I hide behind nothing & nothing to hide.
Facts
I work 10am-10pm 7days a week.
Sometimes, we run morning errands.
So absolutely, yes, i can be late sometimes.
We are a mom & pop, not corporate.
I'm the janitor, receptionist, groomer, etc...
Please note
We have always charged discounted rates,
Which is why we have to overbook pets,
So we can hit daily numbers to stay open.
If you want your pet done in under 4hrs
You may pay extra for 1 on 1 experience.
Closing soon
If I made enough to hire all positions to cover all complaints that would be amazing.
Unfortunately
The community wants 5star service BUT only willing to pay 3star pricing.
This makes it difficult for us to manage.
