Established in 1964.
Irving Pet Hospital, then known as Irving Street Veterinary Hospital, was built in 1964 by Dr. Roger Burr. Dr. Dave Penney ran the practice from 1989 until 2007 when Dr. Joe Fong took over the practice. Dr. Fong is one of very few San Francisco natives practicing in veterinary medicine in SF.
