We are a unique house-call only veterinary service and travel to your home so that the beloved furry member of your family can be stress-free in the comfort of their home. Anxious dogs and cats love being able to stay at home. Busy professionals and parents appreciate the convenience of a house call. We can perform the majority of your pet's needs at home (excluding anesthetic procedures such as neuters, spays, and dentals as well as X-rays).

History

Established in 2016.

Dr. Han started her housecall veterinary practice in April 2016. We are excited to bring this service to the Houston area and are working to spread the word that a unique and very personal way to manage your pet's care is available!

Dr. Tina Han graduated summa cum laude from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She is a second career veterinarian who originally graduated from Rice University with a degree in civil and environmental engineering. After deciding to follow her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian, she left her corporate career and went into educational debt. It was the best decision she ever made! She is excited to embark on this new path in her career by bring house calls back into the mainstream as she noticed how much stress was playing a role for her patients in a traditional clinic setting. Stress either for her patients who hated the carrier and hated the office, or stress for their owners who had busy work schedules or family obligations which made it difficult to bring in their pets for their care. From there, the idea for My Doorstep Vet was born.
