Dr. Grace Carter has been the owner of Nob Hill Cat Clinic since November 2021. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since her graduation from UC Davis in 2005. Dr. Carter is a cat lady, bringing her passion for improving the lives of cats and the people who love them to her work. She enjoys developing cooperative relationships with clients to create the best plan for the care of their cats.
