Description
When our longtime animal hospital closed and moved away, we needed a new, trusted place for our six-year-old tabby's checkups and vaccinations. Luckily, NOE ANIMAL HOSPITAL was readily available for us.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Ms. Devon, the Senior Practitioner. Her calm, reassuring manner immediately put both Ivan and me at ease, dispelling any anxiety about being in a new environment.
We then met Dr. Paolo, whose gentle professionalism and compassionate presence brought further comfort. She took time to soothe Ivan, speaking softly and ensuring that he--and we--felt secure throughout the process.
After his shots, Ivan returned home, explored outdoors for a bit, and then curled up to sleep peacefully--a sure sign of a stress-free visit.
