Diane, we know how difficult it is to deal with emergencies and we are saddened to hear about your puppies passing. North Channel Animal Hospital, aims to provide exceptional care to every pet that walks through our doors. Unfortunately we are not an emergency hospital, even though we try to help all emergency situations, sometimes our doctors are at lunch meetings or in surgery. When we are unable to provide care needed we always provide Emergency Clinic information of all EC's in the area that have emergency staff on site 24/7.
