Description
The clinic gets busy and sometimes the staff (both front desk and providers) can be a bit brusque due to the volume. It's understandable. But overall, I think the quality of care they provide is solid. I actually enjoy waiting in the lobby since you meet all these wonderful cats and dogs. The office also thoughtfully puts out tea and water for the owners, which is much appreciated! Special thanks to Leilani and Dr. Faddy for being great!
