Mike's loved dogs since he was a kid, growing up on a farm in Ireland with many border collie sheepdogs. After moving to Dallas, he realized there was a need for an all-suite boutique pet hotel and doggie day care center, so he set about creating a place where he'd be happy to let his own dog, Minnie, stay. And that's how he started Paw Lofts Dallas. We offer everything from a luxurious pet resort where your cats and dogs will feel cared for, pampered, and relaxed to a fun doggie day care space where your pup can play in one of our large indoor or outdoor areas.

Michael has been a lifetime dog lover. He grew up on a farm in Ireland, and his family always had border collie sheepdogs. Each dog played a valuable role on the farm but an even more important role within the family. He started his first business supporting farmers at the early age of 16.

Michael and his wife visited the United States many times and dreamed of moving here. They are very particular about where they leave their little dog Minnie, a miniature Australian Shepherd. While in Dallas, he saw the need for a fabulous, upscale pet care facility. Paw Lofts was born.
