We're locally owned and operated, and our state-of-the-art clinic features modern technology, cutting edge equipment, and highly experienced team members. History

Established in 2021.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we watched as more than 26 million pets were adopted, and veterinary teams faced unprecedented demand. We’ve also been a part of dozens of veterinary clinics and felt like there was an opportunity to reimagine the traditional animal hospital experience. So we launched Truss Vet. Our name is a hat-tip to this idea that we’re bridging gaps in care and strengthening our community by supporting veterinary teams and pet owners alike (like a “truss” supports a bridge). We recognize that trusting us with the care of your dog or cat (a member of your family!) is a huge responsibility, and we don’t take it lightly.

I launched Truss Vet, with my co-founder Dr. Brad Waffa, because I wanted to reimagine the veterinary clinic experience and provide a new category of service to pet owners: veterinary urgent care. When your primary veterinarian is busy or unavailable, and it doesn't make sense to go to the ER, come to Truss Vet! We offer same-day and next-day visits in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic.
