History
Established in 1998.
In 1998 the Green Level Animal hospital was begun at the intersection of Highway 55 and High House Road. In an earlier time the area starting where High House Road changed to Green Level road was referred to as Green Level. With the advent of development it came to be known as West Cary and the hospital name was changed to better represent the current surrounding area. Dr. Scott Munn joined Dr. Krakowski in 2004 at Chatham Animal Hospital and transferred over to West Cary permanently at the time of the name change in 2005. In July of 2010, we were happy to announce that Dr. Matt Bailey had joined our team.

Meet Dr. Krakowski
Dr. Krakowski received his B.S. degree from Muskingum College and his DVM from The Ohio State University. After leaving Veterinary school he took a position with Dr. T.C. Needham in Wilmington, N.C. and spent five years learning the art and science of veterinary medicine in general practice with an emphasis on surgery.
In 1983 he founded Chatham Animal Hospital in downtown Cary where it resided until 1994 when he built the current building and moved the practice over.
In 1998 the Green Level Animal hospital was begun at the intersection of Highway 55 and High House Road. In His special interests include canine and feline medicine and surgery, Laser surgery, and diseases of the ear. He is married with two children and three dogs (YoYo, Ollie and Cosmo).
