Established in 2025.

What started as casual conversations over coffee (and other beverages) soon evolved into a shared vision. The team began drafting plans for what would become Zoomies. Research, planning, and countless brainstorming sessions followed as the team worked to bring their vision to life. They connected with dog owners throughout Houston, gathering insights and building a community of supporters even before breaking ground. Local businesses showed interest, pet enthusiasts offered advice, and the project gained momentum. The dream of Zoomies Dog Park is becoming reality through grassroots community effort and shared passion. The park will stand as a testament to what Texans can build together: a place where the community grows stronger one tail wag, one conversation, and one beer at a time.

Ramy is originally from Cairo, Egypt and has called Houston, Texas, home since 2011. He is a Texas A&M Aggie at heart, and his soul is UH Coug. When Ramy is not doing robotic missions at NASA, he is starting up adorable local brands and concepts! He is the founder Zoomies Dog Park, Houston’s first members-only dog club, and the co-founder of the award winning food concept KG BBQ.
